Since our founding in 1996, we have made 29 private equity investments. Throughout this period we have focused on investing in information technology companies in the early stages of commercialization. These investments include Atheros, BigFix, Broadlogic, Informative, KnowNow, Radiance, Rapt, Reconnex, ShotSpotter, Ubicom, Veraz Networks, Vertical Networks, among others.

We currently manage $164 million in two venture capital funds focused on information technology companies in sectors such as enterprise software, communications equipment and semiconductors. We invest alongside an outstanding group of co-investors — early-stage venture capitalists with whom we have developed long-standing and trusted relationships.
